Site Visit & Survey

Our in-house surveyors have expertise in the full range of surveys for planning, design and construction. To begin with, we meet with you to understand your aspirations and needs. We provide a broad view of the possibilities for your project with reference to council controls and your budget.

A surveyors will visit your site for a detailed assessment of features including any existing buildings, trees, adjoining neighbours, visible services, easements, boundaries and levels of the land. They locate and mark any underground utilities assets such as pipes and mains that run through the property. Different Sydney councils have specific surveying requirements that we address on your behalf to ensure streamlined feasibility studies and approval down the track.

Construct AU provides expert surveying for all design and construction phases, including Occupation surveys and Construction Certificate surveys.
