Streamlined approval process

Designing and building a new home is a significant undertaking. Development Application (DA) approval and certification is an essential component which, in the hands of experts, is straightforward. Delays in approval – or at any phase of the project – cost time, money and stress, and Construct AU averts this through clearly defined processes, communication and collaboration.

With an in-house team of designers, engineers and private certifiers, Construct AU has intimate knowledge of NSW planning controls, and excellent working relationships with Sydney councils to ensure streamlined DA approval.

In NSW there are two main pathways to home design approval. A DA submitted to local council is required for more complex projects. For more straightforward developments, a faster-tracked Complying Development Certificate (CDC) can be arranged with a private certifier. Either way, Construct AU supports you at every step of DA and CDC approval.
